What does this cost?
The pilot is a fixed price, agreed upfront — typically the cost of one part-time hire for a month, for a feature that then works every day, forever. Launch and the care plan are quoted before they start. You will never sign an open-ended contract to find out whether we're any good.
I have no idea what AI could actually do for my business.
That's the normal case, and honestly the best starting point — you come with problems, not solutions. In the first conversation you describe how your business runs and where the time goes; we do the translating. If you already have ideas, even half-formed ones, we start from those instead. Either way the plan is built around you, not picked from a shelf.
Do I need to be technical? Do I need "data"?
No and no. If you can describe how your business works over a coffee, that's the input we need. We connect to the tools you already use — your calendar, your inbox, your shop system — and handle every technical decision. You approve behavior, not architecture.
What about my customers' data?
It stays yours. We come from the enterprise security world — every assistant we build ships with access controls, audit logs and data boundaries by default, and we'll happily walk your (or your lawyer's) questions. Nothing you give us trains anyone else's models.
